摘要
利用综合检具和三坐标两种方法对圆周孔系位置度进行了检测,通过综合检具的设计、使用,有效地解决了孔系位置度检验效率低的问题;利用三坐标,坐标系的粗建、平移、旋转,对测量结果进行了优化处理。旨在为机械领域检验工作者提供一定的借鉴意义。
In this paper,the position degree of the circular hole system was detected by using the comprehensive inspection tools and the three-coordinate method.Through the design and use of the comprehensive inspection tools,the problem of low inspection efficiency of position degree of circular hole system was solved.The measurement results were optimized through rough construction,translation and rotation of the three-coordinate system.This study has provided some reference for inspection workers in the field of machinery.
