摘要
以黄芪收获机的分离装置为研究对象,根据其作业过程中的运动原理和工作要求进行结构化设计,确定相关参数并进行模型建立,利用SolidWorks软件的Motion模块进行仿真,得到位移、速度和加速度规律曲线图,并通过有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对分离筛进行静态力学分析,提取分离筛在载荷作用下的应力云图和变形位移云图。结果表明,分离筛的运动特性符合设计要求,强度满足使用要求,安全系数在许用范围内,在工作过程中能达到预期目标。通过理论与数值分析方法,有效验证分离筛设计的安全性和可靠性。
Taking the astragalus harvester separation device as the research object,according to the principle of its operation in the process of movement and work requirement of structural design,the related parameters are determined and the model is established.Using SolidWorks software of Motion simulation module,the displacement,velocity and acceleration curve graph are obtained,and through the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,static mechanics analysis is carried out on the screen sieve,nephogram and deformation of separation sieve stress under load displacement diagram are extracted.The results show that the motion characteristics of the separation screen meet the design requirements,the strength meets the use requirements,the safety factor is within the allowable range,and the expected goal can be achieved in the work process.The safety and reliability of the separation screen design are verified by theoretical and numerical analysis.
