2017—2018年天津市津南区食源性疾病病原体监测结果 被引量:11

Surveillance results of pathogens of foodborne diseases in Jinnan District of Tianjin from 2016-2017

摘要 目的了解天津市津南区食源性疾病流行特征,科学预防和减少食源性疾病的发生。方法对2017—2018年天津市津南区食源性疾病病例进行病原学检测和分析。结果2017—2018年内共上报食源性疾病1067例,采集粪便样本823例,采样率为77.13%,男女比例为1.35∶1(612∶455);不同年度的检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.47,P>0.05)。在552例样本中检出副溶血性弧菌51株,检出率为9.24%,阳性菌株中检出率最高,其次为沙门氏菌31株,检出率为5.62%;在271例样本中检出诺如病毒35例,检出率为12.92%,居各病原体检出率之首;年龄分组中,病例中25~34岁年龄组人数最多,占比38.26%,<3岁年龄组次之,占比22.91%;5—9月食源性疾病高发;沙门氏菌血清学分型显示,肠炎沙门氏菌检出率最高,为2.17%;可疑致病食品中,粮食与粮食制品所占比例最高18.77%,肉与肉制品次之,为18.26%。结论2017—2018年天津市津南区食源性疾病病原体主要为副溶血性弧菌和诺如病毒,5—9月食源性疾病高发,应继续加强健康宣传和主动监测,有效预防食源性疾病的发生。 Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of foodborne diseases in Jinnan District of Tianjin from 2016-2017,prevent and reduce the occurrence of foodborne diseases scientifically.Methods The etiological detection and analysis were carried out for the cases of foodborne diseases from 2016-2017.Results From 2017-2018,totally 1067 cases of foodborne diseases were reported,823 fecal samples were collected with the sampling rate of 77.13%,and the ratio of male to female was1.35∶1(612∶455).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate in different years(χ~2=1.47,P>0.05).51 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected in 552 samples with the detection rate of 9.24%,which the detection rate was the highest among the positive strains,followed by the Salmonella(31 strains)with the detection rate of 5.62%.Norovirus was detected in 35 of 271 samples,with the detection rate of 12.92%,ranking the first in the detection rates of pathogens.In the age groups,the cases in the age group of 25-34 years old were the most,accounting for 38.26%,followed by the age group of<3 years old,accounting for 22.91%.The incidence of foodborne diseases was high from May to September.The the serotype of Salmonella showed that the detection rate of Salmonella enteritidis was the highest(2.17%).Grain and grain products accounted for the highest proportion of suspected pathogenic food,followed by the meat and meat products,accounting for 18.26%.Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus and norovirus are the main pathogens of foodborne diseases in Jinnan District of Tianjin from 2016-2017.The incidence of foodborne diseases is high from May to September.It is necessary to continue to strengthen health publicity and active monitoring to effectively prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
