2015—2018年深圳市福田区食源性疾病监测结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis on surveillance results of foodborne disease in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2015-2018

摘要 目的分析深圳市福田区食源性疾病的发生特点和规律,为制定预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法对2015—2018年深圳市福田区食源性疾病主动监测网络报告资料建立数据库,并使用SAS 9.4进行统计分析。结果2015—2018年深圳市福田区食源性疾病主动监测报告系统共监测病例87576例。男女性别比为1.03∶1,21~30岁报告病例数最多(24.8%,21759/87576),其次为31~40岁组(19.9%,17451/87576)。诊断类型主要为细菌性(46.7%,40929/87576)。已知可疑食品病例中,肉类及其制品引起的食源性疾病病例最多(33.7%,10376/30780),其次为果蔬类(16.0%,4930/30780)。进食场所以家庭为主(51.7%,14284/27632)。结论深圳市福田区食源性疾病以细菌性为主,家庭为主要进食场所,建议监管部门重点关注21~40岁人群、肉类及其制品、果蔬类,加强食品监测与食源性疾病安全教育。 Objective To analyze the features and regularities of the foodborne diseases in Futian District of Shenzhen City,provide scientific evidence for the development of prevention and control strategies.Methods The database was established on the basis of the active surveillance network reports of foodborne diseases in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2015-2018,and software SAS 9.4 was used in the statistical analysis.Results From 2015 to 2018,totally 87576 cases of foodborne diseases were monitored by the active surveillance report system in Futian District of Shenzhen City.The male-to-female ratio was 1.03∶1.The 21~30 year-old age group reported the most cases(24.9%,21759/87576),followed by the 31-40 year-old age group(19.9%,17451/87576).The diagnosis type was mainly bacterial diseases(46.7%,40929/87576).Among the known suspicious food cases,meat and its products caused the most cases of foodborne diseases(33.7%,10376/30780),followed by fruits and vegetables(16.0%,4930/30780).Hom e was the most common eating place(51.7%,14284/27632).Conclusion Foodborne diseases in Futian District of Shenzhen City are mainly bacterial diseases,with home as the main place of eating.It is suggested that the regulatory authorities should focus on people aged 21-40 years old,meat and its products,fruits and vegetables,and strengthen food surveillance and foodborne disease safety education.
