预应力管桩张拉机卡爪过渡曲线的优化设计

摘要 针对卡爪在预应力管桩张拉机生产过程中容易在其头部位出现断裂问题,利用形状优化设计理论与有限元分析的结合方法,分别提出了B样条曲线、双曲率圆弧曲线2种过渡结构作为优化设计方案,并分别利用有限元分析的方法对其进行了优化求解。优化结果表明:采用B样条曲线作为卡爪头部位过渡结构的优化方案,可以极大地降低应力集中现象和避免断裂,从而使预应力管桩张拉机生产运行更加可靠,为新一代预应力管桩张拉机的研究提供了理论依据。 For the problem of that clamp is easy to be broken at the head part in the productive process of prestressed pipe tensioning machine,the transition curve shape optimization design of the head section of the pipe tensioning machine was carried out with using the method of shape optimization design and finite element analysis.Bouble curvature arcs and B splines as the design of transition curve shape were proposed,and this optimization model of the curves was solved with using finite element analysis.The optimization results showed that using the spline curve as the optimization of the transition curve of the clamp head can minimize the stress concentration and avoid fracture,thereby which makes production and operation of prestressed pipe tensioning machine more reliable,and provided a theoretical basis for the research of a new generation of prestressed pipe tensioning machine.
