摘要
数字档案馆建设是大数据背景下我国档案工作的主要模式,也是档案管理工作发展的必经之路。在大数据背景下,贵州高校数字档案馆建设既有新机遇,又面临新挑战。文章回顾了近五年来国内外关于分析数字档案馆的研究情况,分析了数字档案馆的背景,探讨了贵州省高校数字档案馆建设工作存在人才匮乏,投入不足,开发利用率低,缺乏统一标准和发展不平衡这五个方面的问题,并提出了解决这些问题的思路。
The construction of digital archives is the main mode of archives work in China under the background of big data,and it is also the only way for the development of archives management.Under the background of big data,the construction of Digital Archives in Guizhou universities has both new opportunities and new challenges.This paper reviews the research on the analysis of digital archives at home and abroad in the past five years,analyzes the background of digital archives,discusses the problems in the construction of Digital Archives in Colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,such as lack of talents,insufficient investment,low development and utilization rate,lack of unified standards and unbalanced development,and puts forward the ideas to solve these problems.
