摘要
人类社会在后工业时代迅速进入了高度复杂性和高度不确定性的状态,合作关系成为这个时代所拥有的一种基础性的社会关系。文章依据合作理论中的6个规律性认识,通过分析图情机构、智库组织与开放科学的关系,系统阐释了开放科学视角下两个主体间的合作机制问题,主要包括合作目标、任务、模式、建构机制以及合作文化,为将来的可持续合作发展奠定了基础。
Human society has entered quickly into a highly complex and uncertain state since post-industrial age.And the cooperation has become a basic social relationship owned by this era.Based on the six regularity recognitions of cooperation theory,the paper systematically elucidates the cooperation mechanism between the two subjects based on open science,by analyzing the relationship between library and information institutions,think tank organizations and open science,including cooperation aims,tasks,methods,construction mechanisms and cooperation cultures,in order to lay the foundation for the sustainable cooperation development in the future.
