高校教师入职培训的现实困境与消解路径——基于2019年湖北省高校新入职教师“国培示范”项目的调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 入职培训对促进高校新任教师职业发展和专业成长具有极其重要的价值。基于问卷调查和数据统计,入职培训能够丰富新任教师的教育理论知识,提高教学能力,塑造教育专业精神,增强教师角色胜任力。然而,入职培训也面临着一些现实困境:培训内容片面性和同质化、培训授课方式单一化、培训师资匹配不合理、培训考核评价形式化、培训功利性过强。反思入职培训存在的上述问题,基于高校教师入职培训功能定位的消解路径主要为:优化培训课程内容、丰富培训授课方式、完善培训师资结构、健全培训考评机制、淡化培训功利色彩。 Induction training is extremely important to promote career development and professional growth of new teachers in colleges.Based on questionnaire surveys and statistical data,it is found that induction training can enrich the theoretical knowledge of new teachers,improve teaching ability,shape the professional spirit of education,and enhance teachers’role competence.But induction training also faces some realistic dilemmas:one-sidedness and homogeneity of training content,simplification of training methods,unreasonable matching of training teachers,formalization of training assessment,and excessive utilitarian training.Rethinking the above-mentioned problems in induction training,the resolution paths based on the functional positioning of college teacher induction training are mainly:optimizing training course content,enriching training methods,completing training teacher structure,improving training evaluation mechanism,and diluting the utilitarian.
