超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定大豆中多菌灵残留量 被引量:2

Determination of Carbendazim Residues in Soybean by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 本文建立了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法快速检测大豆中多菌灵药物残留量的分析方法。样品采用乙腈进行提取,经正己烷净化,通过多反应检测模式测定,外标法定量测定。实验结果表明,多菌灵在质量浓度0.5~50μg/L范围内具有良好的线性系数,线性方程为y=7523.32x+786.168,相关系数为0.9993,方法的检出限和定量检出限分别为0.0029μg/kg和0.0097μg/kg。进行加标回收试验,添加多菌灵质量浓度水平分别为1、5、10μg/L,加标回收率分别为88.2%、92.4%和95.1%,相对标准偏差小于6.26%。本方法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高等优点,能适用于大豆中多菌灵的残留量检测。 The ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed for the rapid detection of carbendazim drug residues in soybean. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by n-hexane, determined by multiple reaction detection mode and quantified by external standard method. The results show that the linear coefficient of carbendazim is good in the range of 0.5-50 μg/L with a correlation at 0.9993, and the detection limit and limit of quantification are 0.0029μg/kg and 0.0097μg/kg, respectively. The recovery rates of the samples with the concentration of 1, 5, 10 μg/L are 88.2%, 92.4% and 95.1% respectively, with relative standard deviation(RSD) below 6.26 %. The method is fast, simple, and highly sensitive for determination of carbendazim in soybean.
