摘要
目的:基于灰色聚类分析,探究医用耗材供应商综合评价方法。方法:依据灰色理论及灰色聚类分析法,采取德尔菲法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法,分析建立包含一级指标和二级指标以及二级指标权重的医用耗材供应商综合评价指标体系;根据评价指标意义不同和量纲不同的特点,建立灰色聚类分析模型,构建三角模糊数互补判断矩阵,利用模糊可能度进一步求得各指标权重,利用灰色白化权函数进行聚类分析,最终根据综合聚类系数评价供应商配送服务综合质量级别,并以应用实例计算医用耗材供应商综合评价级别。结果:灰色聚类分析模型将医用耗材供应商评价管理中存在的部分信息不确定性,通过聚类分析进行综合评价。随机抽取医院4家医用耗材供应商,通过灰色聚类分析模型计算,4家供应商综合评价级别分别为优秀、良好、良好和良好。结论:灰色聚类分析模型能将定性指标定量化,利用灰色白化权函数进行聚类分析综合评价,使得横向与纵向比较成为可能,可为耗材管理部门提供有效的管理决策依据。
Objective:To explore the comprehensive evaluation method for the suppliers of medical consumables based on grey cluster analysis.Methods:Based on grey theory and grey cluster analysis,the Delphi method,expert interview method and questionnaire survey method were adopted to analyze and establish a comprehensive evaluation index system for the suppliers of medical consumables including the first-level index,the second-level index and weight of second-level index.According to the characteristics of different index meanings and dimensions of the evaluation index,the grey clustering analysis model was established,and the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix was constructed,and the weight of each index was further obtained by the possibility of fuzziness,and the grey whitening weight function was used for cluster analysis.Finally,the comprehensive quality level of the distribution service of suppliers was evaluated depending on the comprehensive clustering coefficient,and the grade of comprehensive evaluation of the suppliers of medical consumables was calculated with the application examples.Results:The uncertainties of partial information that existed in the evaluation management of the suppliers of medical consumables were comprehensively evaluated by cluster analysis of the grey cluster analysis model.4 suppliers of medical consumables(A,B,C and D)of hospital were randomly selected from all of suppliers,and they were evaluated as excellent,good,good and good respectively through calculated comprehensive evaluation grades of them.Conclusion:The gray cluster analysis model can quantify the qualitative indexes and implement comprehensive evaluation of the cluster analysis by using gray whitening weight function,which can achieve the probability of the comparison between horizontal and vertical.And it can provide the basis for effective management decision-making of the management department of consumables.
