摘要
目的研究江西省公立医院医疗服务价格改革对某公立医院发展的影响,为进一步优化调整医疗服务价格提供决策建议。方法收集江西省某医院2014-2019年6年的部分运营指标,运用比较分析法和结构分析法研究价格调整对某公立医院的影响。结果价格改革后,某公立医院药占比短期内下降明显,长期看价格调整对药占比降低没有激励作用;门急诊人次和住院人次平稳增加;挂号诊察收入、手术收入和护理收入有较大幅度的增加,检查检验费占比较稳定;卫生材料收入逐年增加,且速度较快。结论医疗服务价格调整后,医院整体运行平稳,收入结构趋于优化,总费用增长有所控制,医疗服务价格改革取得了一定成效。建议不同等级公立医院分开核算成本、改变财政投入方式等。
Objective To explore the influence of the medical service pricing reform in public hospitals of Jiangxi Province on the development of a public hospital,and to provide decision-making suggestions for further optimizing and adjusting the medical service price.Methods Data of some operation indexes of a public hospital in Jiangxi Province from 2014 to 2019 were collected,and comparative analysis and structural analysis were adopted to explore the impact of pricing adjustment on the hospital.Results After the pricing reform,the proportion of drug fees in the hospital decreased obviously in the short term,but the pricing adjustment had no incentive effect on the proportion of drug fees in the long run.The number of outpatient,emergency and inpatient visits increased steadily.Incomes from registered medical examination,operation and nursing increased significantly,and the proportion of examination fees kept at a relatively stable level.Income from healthcare materials increased year by year at a fast speed.Conclusions After the adjustment of medical service pricing,the overall operation of the hospital is smooth,the income structure tends to be optimized,the total cost growth is controlled,and the medical service pricing reform has made certain achievements.It is suggested that public hospitals at different levels check their costs separately and change the way of financial investment.
