基于互相关算法的两种燃气管线泄漏定位方法比较

摘要 目前燃气管线泄漏定位多采用小波分解(WT)和经验模态分解(EMD)方法进行降噪处理,以提高定位精度。以燃气管线中常见的阀门泄漏为研究对象,比较上述两种降噪方法的适用性和区别,并探讨了法兰接头对定位精度的影响。研究结果表明,连续焊接钢管阀门泄漏的声发射信号主频为40 kHz,采用WT法的大部分工况的定位精度均在92%以上,准确性更高;采用EMD的各工况定位精度标准差更小,稳定性更好,法兰接头使信号主频衰减明显,无法实现定位。 At present,wavelet decomposition(WT)and empirical mode decomposition(EMD)are often used for noise reduction in gas pipeline leakage location to improve the positioning accuracy.Taking the common valve leakage in gas pipeline as the research object,the applicability and difference of the above two noise reduction methods are compared,and the influence of flange joint on positioning accuracy is discussed.The results show that the main frequency of acoustic emission signal of continuous welded steel pipe valve leakage is 40 kHz,the positioning accuracy of most working conditions is above 92%by using WT method,and the accuracy is higher;the standard deviation of positioning accuracy of each working condition using EMD is smaller,and the stability is better.The flange joint makes the attenuation of main frequency of signal obvious,which can’t achieve positioning.
