摘要
目的研究瑞巴派特片联合胃疡宁丸治疗胃溃疡活动期患者的效果及对降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法将2018年1月至2019年1月入院的82例胃溃疡活动期患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组单用瑞巴派特片治疗,研究组联用瑞巴派特片与胃疡宁丸。比较两组的血清PCT、CRP水平、Hp根除率、中医证候积分、组织学愈合质量评分及内镜总体临床效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的PCT、CRP水平、中医证候积分、炎症细胞浸润、胃黏膜厚度和中性黏液含量评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后内镜总体临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞巴派特片联合胃疡宁丸治疗胃溃疡活动期患者的效果显著,可有效降低PCT、CRP水平及中医证候积分,提升Hp根除率,促使溃疡组织快速愈合。
Objective To study the effect of rebamipide tablets combined with Weiyangning pills in the treatment of patients with active gastric ulcer and the influence on the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods Eighty-two patients with active gastric ulcer admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rebamipide tablets alone,while the study group was treated with rebamipide tablets and Weiyangning pills.The levels of serum PCT and CRP,Hp eradication rate,TCM syndrome score,histological healing quality score and overall endoscopy effect of were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of PCT and CRP,TCM syndrome score,the scores of inflammatory cell infiltration,gastric mucosal thickness and neutral mucus content of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hp eradication rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The overall endoscopy effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rebamipide tablets combined with Weiyangning pills in the treatment of patients with active gastric ulcer has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce the levels of PCT,CRP and TCM syndrome score,improve the Hp eradication rate,and promote the rapid healing of ulcer tissue.
