摘要
职业技能大赛历经12年的发展,吸引着众多职业院校学子积极参赛,在推进我国职业教育改革中发挥了重要作用。文章分析了高职技能大赛与专业人才培养融合出现的主要问题,指出技能大赛与高职人才培养融合具有重要意义,并在此基础上提出技能大赛与专业人才培养动态融合路径。
After 12-year-development,the vocational skills competition has attracted many vocational college students’participation,which plays an important role in promoting China’s vocational education reform.The problems in the integration of higher vocational skills competition and professional talent training are analyzed.The significance of the integration of skills competition and higher vocational talent training should be attached great importance.On this basis,a dynamic integration path of skills competition and professional talent training is put forward in this paper.
