摘要
基于出租车行业监管存在的问题,从深圳市出行者、行业管理者和政府主管部门等不同用户需求出发,针对多源异构数据提出数据仓库建设方案,并从出租车运行监测、决策支持、服务考核3个维度构建分析指标体系,为提升出租车行业运行态势全面动态感知能力、管理决策能力和服务能力提供支撑及保障.
Based on the problems of taxi industry supervision,this paper analyzed the needs of different users such as Shenzhen travelers,industry managers and government departments,and proposed a data warehouse construction scheme based on the multi-source taxi data,and established the index for taxi operation monitoring,decision support and service assessment.It is conducive to improve the dynamic perception ability,management ability and service ability of the taxi industry.
