随迁对农民工子女非认知能力的影响--基于家校教育过程的中介效应分析 被引量:29

The Impact of Migration on the Non-cognitive Ability of Migrant Workers’Children:An Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Home Education Processes

摘要 近年来,非认知能力在个体的学业成就、职业选择及工资性收入等方面的重要性逐渐显现。本文利用中国教育追踪调查数据,构建倾向得分匹配模型和多重中介模型,分析随迁对农民工子女非认知能力的影响,并探究家校教育过程的中介效应。研究发现,随迁对农民工子女的综合非认知能力具有显著的正向影响,影响主要表现为随迁增加了农民工子女的严谨性、开放性和情绪稳定性。中介效应分析结果显示,家校教育过程起到了显著的累计中介效应,表明随迁引起的农民工子女家校教育过程的改变有助于农民工子女非认知能力的提升。在“随迁—非认知能力”这一影响路径中,家庭教育过程的累计中介效应显著,其中,家庭教育期望和家庭成员互动在该影响路径中扮演重要角色;学校教育过程的累计中介效应并不显著,但学校关系氛围的中介效应较为显著,学校教学资源则具有一定的遮掩效应,在一定程度上阻碍了农民工子女非认知能力的提升。 In recent years,the importance of non-cognitive skills in individuals’academic achievement,career choice and labor market earnings has been gradually acknowledged.Based on the data from China Education Panel Survey,this article builds a propensity score matching model and a multiple mediation model to analyze the impact of migration on the non-cognitive skills of migrant workers’children and explore the mediating effect of home education processes.The results show that the migration has a significant positive impact on the comprehensive non-cognitive skills of migrant workers’children,which is mainly manifested in the improvement of the conscientiousness,openness and emotional stability of migrant workers’children.Based on the mediating effect analysis,the processes of home education play significant cumulative mediating effects on the non-cognitive skills of migrant workers’children.The changes of home education processes caused by migration are conducive to the improvement of the non-cognitive skills of migrant workers’children.In the influencing pathway of migration non-cognitive skills,the cumulative mediating effect of home education processes is significant,in which home education expectation and the interaction of family members play an important role.The cumulative mediating effect of school education processes is not significant,but the mediating effect of campus atmosphere is significant.The variable of school teaching resources plays a certain suppressing effect.To a certain extent,it hinders the improvement of non-cognitive skills of migrant workers’children.
