摘要
随着PLC技术的不断发展,利用可编程控制器PLC,在与变频器密切配合的情况下,使用不同的应用组合,将这种自动化的控制技术巧妙地加速提升机控制进程。使矿井提升机的控制性能更加优越。科技水平的不断发展,促使矿井提升机的自动化水平日益上升,PLC技术成为提升机的安全保障,使得提升机的安全性和可靠性达到一个新的高度。为了能够克服传统矿井提升机在控制可靠性方面的问题,杜绝其故障率高和电能浪费大的弊端,需要应用PLC技术大大提高矿井的安全程度、提升经济效率。
With the continuous development of PLC technology,the use of programmable logic controller (PLC),in close cooperation with the frequency converter,uses different application combinations,this kind of automatic control technology cleverly accelerates the hoist control process.The control performance of mine hoist is more superior.With the continuous development of science and technology,the automation level of mine hoist is rising day by day.PLC technology becomes the safety guarantee of hoist,which makes the safety and reliability of hoist reach a new height.In order to overcome the problems of control reliability of traditional mine hoist and eliminate the disadvantages of high failure rate and large waste of electric energy,PLC technology is needed to greatly improve the safety degree and economic efficiency of the mine.
