摘要
Structure Sensor是一款可以与iPad等移动设备相结合的便携式3D扫描仪,可通过Skanect软件扫描人像、物体或场景并进行三维精细建模。采用3种非接触式测量方案,在室内环境中利用Structure Sensor 3D扫描仪对小尺寸模型进行三维建模,并在模型上选取部分点进行尺寸量测,与徕卡TM50全站仪测量方案和基于三维直接线性变换算法的非量测数码相机近景摄影测量方案进行对比,结果表明,在近距离测量中Structure Sensor 3D扫描仪尺寸测量精度可以达到亚毫米级,测量稳定性高,建模质量高,流程简便,可以替代非量测数码相机近景摄影测量技术。
Structure Sensor is a portable 3D scanner that can be combined with mobile devices like iPad, to scan portraits, objects or scenes and perform 3D modeling with Skanect software. In this paper, three non-contact measurement schemes are used in an indoor environment. The measurement scheme of Structure Sensor 3D scanner is compared with the Leica TM50 total station measurement scheme and the close-range photogrammetry scheme that is based on DLT with non-measurement digital camera. The result shows that the structure sensor 3D scanner scanning accuracy can reach sub-millimeter level in the close-range measurement. The measurement stability and modeling quality is high;the process is simple, which can take the place of the close-range photogrammetry technology with non-measurement digital camera.
