核电不锈钢管道对接焊后残余应力分布规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 核电管道服役期间需承受高温高压和复杂的工况环境,其生产制造及焊接安装过程中产生的内应力对于其能否正常服役影响大。本文采用逐层剥离的小孔法测量不锈钢管道对接焊后内表面、10 mm和20 mm深度的残余应力分布情况。在管道的残余应力测试过程中,对管道进行线切割处理,此过程释放的残余应力使用SYWELD软件中的Machining功能模拟,计算结果作为残余应力补偿值修正真实测量数据。结果表明,经补偿后管道残余应力数值在周向和轴向的离散度降低,同时焊接工艺导致管道内外表面应力值高于材料内部,残余应力分布呈"W"形分布,在距焊缝20 mm左右位置的热影响区最高,较符合管道对接焊后金属材料的特性。 Nuclear power pipelines need to withstand high temperature and high pressures and complex service conditions.The nuclear power pipeline internal stresses generated during the production and welding installation have a great impact on its normal serviceability.The small hole method of layer-by-layer peeling was used to measure the residual stress distribution on the inner surface,10 mm depth and 20 mm depth of stainless steel pipes after butt welding.In the pipeline residual stress testprocess,in order to measure the stress value of the inner surface and different depths,the pipeline was wire cut.The residual stress released in the cutting process was simulated using the Machining function in SYWELD software.The calculation result was used as the residual stress compensation value to correct the actual measurement data.The results show that the residual stress values of the pipeline were reduced in the circumferential and axial directions after compensation.At the same time,due to the welding process,the stress values of the pipeline internal and external surfaceare higher than that of the material interior.The residual stress distribution is in W shape.About 20 mm away from the weld have the highest heat affected zone,which is more in line with the metal material characteristics after pipe butt welding.
