不同空气干燥法在煤质分析中的应用探究 被引量:1

摘要 由于煤炭制样过程中使用的空气自然干燥法或鼓风干燥法干燥煤样所需时间较长,因而新型低温风透干燥法的引入可缩短制样时长并提高整个煤炭检测工作的效率。简介科克伦最大方差检验法原理,针对不同煤种在经空气自然干燥法、鼓风加热干燥法、风透干燥法后进行煤质分析,判断3种不同空气干燥法的数据结果间精密度有无显著性差异。通过实验发现,风透干燥法可在1~3 h内将试样干燥至空气干燥状态,煤样常规检测所得数据与空气自然干燥法或鼓风干燥法所得数据的差异很小。采用科克伦最大方差检验法对数据进行处理,比较不同方法间的数据离散度,发现经过低温风透干燥处理过的褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤检测结果精密度没有显著性差异,检测平均值结果一致。风透干燥法可替代GB/T 474—2008标准规定的空气干燥去使用,因其可大幅缩短制样时间及节约劳动力成本,从而提高煤炭检测效率。 Because the air natural drying method or blast drying method used in coal sample preparation process take a long time,the introduction of new low temperature air permeability drying method can shorten sample preparation time and improve the efficiency of whole coal detection work.This paper introduced the principle of Cochrane maximum variance test method,analyzed the coal quality of different coal types after air natural drying method,blast heating drying method and air permeability drying method,and judged whether there is significant difference in precision among the data results of three different air drying methods.Through the experiment,it was found that the air permeability drying method can dry the sample to air drying state within 1 h^3 h,the difference between the data obtained by the conventional detection of coal samples and the data obtained by air natural drying method or the blast drying method is small.Using Cochrane maximum variance test method to process the data and compare the data dispersion among different methods,it was found that there is no significant difference for the precision of lignite,bituminous coal and anthracite after low temperature air permeability drying treatment,the detection average results are consistent.The air permeability drying method can replace the air drying method specified in GB/T 474—2008 standard,because it can greatly shorten the sample preparation time and save labor costs,so as to improve the coal detection efficiency.
