摘要
目的了解深圳市龙华区登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊成虫密度及对常用化学杀虫剂的抗性水平,为白纹伊蚊及蚊媒传染病控制提供科学依据。方法2016—2018年,采用诱蚊诱卵器法在龙华区的公园、医院、居民区内对白纹伊蚊成蚊密度进行监测,采用WHO推荐的成蚊接触筒法进行抗药性监测。结果2016—2018年深圳市龙华区白纹伊蚊全年均有两个高峰,5—6月平均诱蚊诱卵指数(MOI)为12.06、8—9月平均MOI为7.58。年均MOI为5.75,高于安全阈值5。白纹伊蚊除对高效氯氰菊酯敏感外,对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、马拉硫磷、杀螟硫磷、残杀威等均表现为可能抗性或抗性,且2018年抗性水平高于2016年。结论蚊密度高峰前为蚊媒控制的关键阶段,应采取综合治理方法进行蚊媒控制,科学合理地使用化学杀虫剂。
Objective To investigate the density of Aedes albopictus and their resistance to commonly used insecticides in Longhua District of Shenzhen,and provide guidance for the control of Ae.albopictus and mosquito-borne infectious diseases.Methods The density of Ae.albopictus were monitored with mosq-ovitrap method from 2016 to 2018,and the Ae.Albopictus resistance was tested with the adult contact tube method recommended by WHO.Results The seasonality of Ae.albopictus density in Shenzhen Longhua District showed two peaks,one was from May to June with the average mosq-ovitrap index(MOI)of 12.06,and the other was from August to September with the average MOI of 7.58.The annual average MOI was 5.75,surpassing safety threshold(5).The adults Ae.Albopictus showed suspicious resistance or resistance to deltamethrin,permethrin,malathion,fenitrothion and propoxur,but maintained susceptible to beta-cypermethrin.The resistance level in 2018 was higher than that in 2016.Conclusion It is important to implement mosquito control before the density peaks.Integrated management should be adopted in the control of Ae.albopictus,and insecticides should be used rationally and scientifically.
