摘要
以黄陵二号煤矿大采高工作面矿压规律为目标,采用现场调查、理论分析和岩层划分等方法,综合分析大采高工作面顶板特征、矿压分布等,明确生产期间的作业要求。结果表明:418工作面直接顶由上覆细砂岩和粉砂岩组成,其中粉砂岩为关键层,其破断为工作面来压提供力源;来压步距大于22 m时,工作面矿压显现剧烈,支承压力峰值在8~13 m,影响范围约35 m;整个工作面矿压分布分为机头、工作面中部、机尾3部分,并具有一定的持续性。提出了带压拉架、加快推进速度的措施,保证支架与围岩始终形成“顶板-支架-底板”结构,保障黄陵二号煤矿深部大采高工作面的安全高效开采。
Taking the mine pressure law of working face with large mining height in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine as the target,the roof characteristics and mine pressure distribution of the working face with large mining height were comprehensively analyzed by field investigation,theoretical analysis and rock stratum division,so as to clarify the operation requirements during production.The results showed that the immediate roof of 418 working face was composed of overlying fine sandstone and siltstone,of which siltstone was the key layer,and its fracture provided the pressure source of the working face;when the weighting step distance was over 22 m,the mine pressure behaviors of the working face were severe,the peak bearing pressure was 8-13 m,and the influence range was about 35 m;the mine pressure distribution of whole working face was divided into three parts,the head of the belt conveyor,the middle part of the working face and the tail of the belt conveyor,and had a certain continuity.Some measures were proposed,including moving the supports with pressure,speeding up the advancing speed,so as to ensure the supports and surrounding rock always form the"roof-support-floor"structure,and ensure the safe and efficient mining of deep working face with large mining height in Huangling No.2 Coal Mine.
