摘要
目的内镜下射频消融术治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的安全性及有效性。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月于本院进行治疗的120例幽门螺杆菌(HP)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生患者,随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。观察组给予内镜下射频消融术+四联根除HP疗法,对照组给予四联根除HP疗法,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状评分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组症状评分均下降,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);观察组治疗临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论内镜下射频消融术治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生可提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,且其安全性较高,不良反应发生较少。
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of endoscopic radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis associated with intestinal metaplasia.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,120 patients with chronic intestinal metaplasia and helicobacter pylori were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with endoscopic radiofrequency ablation plus quadruple HP eradication therapy,while the control group was treated with quadruple HP eradication therapy.The clinical curative effect,clinical symptom score and the occurrence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the observation group was significantly better than the control group in clinical efficacy,the difference was significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia by radiofrequency ablation can improve the therapeutic effect,improve clinical symptoms,and its safety is higher,adverse reactions were less frequent.
