摘要
新冠疫情让大规模在线教学登上历史舞台,但在线教学实践也暴露出了一些值得重视的问题。文章认为,从伦理的角度来看,在线教学存在的问题主要有:教育公平问题、关怀缺失问题、学生个性化需求问题、学生全面发展问题、隐私问题等。其中,教育公平作为教育共同体的伦理追求,更是当下教育改革的首要选择;而注重情感关怀、尊重学生的独特性和完整性、保护隐私等则指向学生个体,是现代教育伦理的重要向度。对这些问题进行分析并提出相应的应对策略,有助于推进在线教学实践,并确保在线教学的健康发展。
The corona virus epidemic has brought large-scale online teaching onto the stage of history,but the online teaching practice has also exposed some issues worthy of attention.It was believed in this paper that the problems of online teaching from the perspective of ethics included education fairness,lack of care,students’individual needs,students’overall development,privacy issue.Among them,education fairness,as the ethical pursuit of the educational community was the primary choice of current education reform,while emphasizing emotional care,respecting students’uniqueness and integrity,and protecting privacy were directed to individual students,which were important dimensions of modern educational ethics.Analyzing these problems and proposing corresponding coping strategies will help to promote online teaching practice and ensure the healthy development of online teaching.
