摘要
随着超细粉体被广泛应用于国防、化工、冶金、电子等行业,其制备技术迅速发展。近年来,国内外都报道了不少关于超细粉体制备的研究。本文详细整理了目前有关超细粉体的制备方法,包括高频感应加热技术、等离子体制备技术、化学液相还原法、溶胶-凝胶法、超声波雾化法、水热法和机械粉碎法等,并根据不同的制备方式分析了每种制粉技术在实际生产应用中的优势与不足。
With the wide application of ultrafine powder in national defense,chemical industry,metallurgy,electronics,etc.,its preparation technology has developed rapidly.In recent years,many studies on the preparation of ultrafine powders have been reported in domestic and foreign journals.In this paper,the preparation methods of ultrafine powders are sorted out in detail,including high frequency induction heating,plasma preparation,chemical liquid reduction,sol-gel,ultrasonic atomization,hydrothermal method,mechanical comminution,etc.,according to different preparation methods,the pluses and minuses of several technologies for preparing ultrafine powders in actual production are analyzed.
