利妥昔单抗联合化疗在初诊弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤的预后因素研究 被引量：1

摘要 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)是一种细胞核超过正常淋巴细胞核2倍且呈现弥漫性生长的大B淋巴细胞瘤。报道[1]显示DLBCL为非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin′s lymphoma,NHL)的常见病理类型,占美国每年新发NHL中约30%~40%,占我国新发NHL中约40%左右。DLBCL在细胞形态、免疫表现、临床特征、遗传学改变、化疗疗效及生存预后情况有较大的异质性。
