摘要
协同发展的产业体系的提出突破了传统产业理论的还原论、一般均衡论,更加重视系统思维和系统方法。加快构建协同发展的现代产业体系,需要强化现代系统科学的思维方式,充分运用现代系统科学理论研究成果。基于系统科学理论逻辑,分别提出聚焦系统目标导向,形成整体发展效应;加强系统要素开发,释放禀赋升级效应;强化演化路径管理,发挥创新引领效应;致力系统结构优化,激活组织整合效应;推进组分互动互应,实现协同发展效应;改善系统环境条件,强化互塑共生效应等我国产业体系转型演进的战略思路。
The industrial system of coordinated development breaks through the reductionism and general equilibrium theory of traditional industrial theory,and pays more attention to the system thinking and system method.It is necessary to strengthen the thinking mode of modern system science and make full use of the theoretical research results of modern system science to speed up the construction of modern industrial system of coordinated development.Based on the theoretical logic of system science,this paper proposes the strategic thinking on the transformation and evolution of China’s industrial system,such as,to focus on the system goal orientation to form the overall effect of development;to strengthen the development of system elements to release the upgrading effect of endowment;to strengthen the management of evolution path to play the leading role of innovation;to optimize system structure to activate the effect of organizational and integration;to push on the interaction of components to achieve the effect of collaborative development;to improve the environment conditions of system to strengthen the effect of mutual shaping and symbiosis.
