摘要
地方高校经管类专业是典型的实践性学科,科学合理地设计实践育人模式是提高经管类专业学生实践能力和创新创业能力的重要途径。针对地方高校经管类专业实践教学中长期存在的实践育人平台单调僵化、缺乏实战性、校政企协同弱化、重社团组建轻专业化建设以及忽视国际化教育资源利用等诸多现实问题,提出构建并实施地方高校经管类“四化融合、多维协同”实践育人模式。重点强调实践平台多元化、第二课堂专业化、实习实训实战化和教育资源国际化高度融合,校、政、企等多维办学主体协同,搭建实践教学六大平台,以期加快推进实践教学改革,提高地方高校经管类专业应用型人才培养质量。
The economics and management major of local universities is a typical practical discipline.The scientific and reasonable design of a practical education mode is an important way to improve the practical and innovative ability of students in economics and management.Aiming at many practical problems of long-term practical education in the practical teaching of economics and management major in local universities,such as the monotony and rigidity of the platform,lack of practicality,weakened school-government-enterprise coordination,overemphasized establishment of associations and ignored specialization construction,and neglected use of international education resources,the present paper attempts to construct the“Four Integrations,Multi-Dimensional Collaboration”practice education model of local colleges and universities.Emphasis is placed on the diversification of the practice platform,specialization of the second classroom,integration of the practical training and internationalization of educational resources,and coordination of multidimensional school-run entities for schools,government and enterprises.Six platforms for practical teaching are built to accelerate the reform of practical teaching and improve the training quality of applied talents in economics and management in local colleges and universities.
