改进型PDCA循环在外科学专业学位硕士研究生临床教学管理中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨改进型PDCA循环教学对外科学专业学位硕士的培养效果。方法选择2018年9月—2019年8月在武汉大学人民医院进行临床轮转学习的150名外科学专业学位研究生,将其按照随机数字表法分为传统教学组、传统型PDCA教学组、改进型PDCA教学组,每组50名。学生在所轮转科室结束后进行相应的临床理论和技能操作考试,采用问卷调查表评估教学效果,比较三组研究生的基础理论、技能操作、教学效果的差异。结果改进型PDCA教学组的病历书写考核、基础理论考核、临床操作考核成绩均高于传统型PDCA教学组、传统教学组,传统型PDCA教学组的病历书写考核、基础理论考核、临床操作考核成绩均高于传统教学组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。此外,问卷调查结果显示改进型PDCA教学方法有助于理论知识和临床操作技能的掌握,以及临床思维、应变能力、医患沟通能力的提高。结论对外科专业学位硕士研究生实施改进型PDCA循环教学可以显著提高教学质量,促进研究生对理论知识和操作能力的提高,值得在专业学位硕士研究生的培养中推广实施。 Objective To explore the effect of the improved PDCA cycle teaching method on postgraduates majoring in surgery.Methods From September 2018 to August 2019,150 postgraduates majoring in surgery in clinical rotation study in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were selected and divided into traditional teaching group,traditional PDCA teaching group and improved PDCA teaching group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.At the end of each clinical rotation,the students took the corresponding clinical theory and skill operation examination,and the questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effect,and the differences of the basic theory,skill operation and teaching effect of graduate students were compared of the three groups.Results The improved PDCA teaching group scored higher in the assessment of medical record writing,basic theory assessment and clinical operation assessment than the traditional PDCA teaching group and the traditional teaching group,and the traditional PDCA teaching group scored higher in the assessment of medical record writing,basic theory assessment and clinical operation assessment than the traditional teaching group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).In addition,the questionnaire results showed that the improved PDCA teaching method was conducive to the grasp of theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills,as well as the improvement of clinical thinking,strain capacity,doctor-patient communication ability.Conclusion The implementation of improved PDCA cycle teaching for postgraduate students majoring in surgery can significantly improve the teaching quality and promote the improvement of theoretical knowledge and operational ability of postgraduate students,which is worthy of promotion and implementation in the training of postgraduate students majoring in surgery.
