淳安县桑园贝母立体栽培模式研究

Study on Stereoscopic Cultivation of Fritillaria Spp.in Mulberry Garden in Chun'an County of Zhejiang Province

摘要 本研究选用浙江本地品种“浙贝1号”、“浙贝3号”以及广泛应用的川贝母、产量较高的鄂贝母,在桑园中进行立体栽培模式研究,发现选取的四个品种都能够在相同的生长时期获得较高的产量,其中“浙贝1号”最适宜桑园套种。进一步对该立体栽培模式下施肥模式、重金属残留进行了研究,发现四个施肥关键期对“浙贝1号”的产量都有显著性的影响,其中花肥对产量的影响最大,同时发现桑园套种的贝母中铜、铅含量均低于未套种贝母。该研究表明淳安县适合开展桑园贝母立体栽培模式,并且该栽培模式能够有效降低贝母中重金属残留。 Four types of Fritillaria Spp.,Zhejiang native varieties Zhebei No.1 and Zhebei No.3,as well as wildly used Fritillaria cirrhosa,Fritillaria hupehensis with high yield were selected for investigation on stereoscopic cultivation techniques in mulberry garden in present study.Results showed that the four selected varieties could get high yield in the same growth period,and Zhebei No.1 was the most suitable variety for stereo-cultivation.Furthermore,study on the fertilization mode and heavy metal residue showed that the four fertilization key periods had significant impact on the yield of Zhebei No.1,and fertilizering in flowering period had the greatest impact on the yield.Meanwhile,it was found that the copper and lead content of the Zheibei No.1 planted in mulberry garden were lower than that of the noninterplanted soil.The experiments showed that Chun'an was suitable for carrying out stereo-cultivation mode of Fritillaria Spp.in mulberry garden,and the stereo-cultivation mode can effectively reduce heavy metal residues.
