基于星点设计-效应面法的巫山淫羊藿油炙炮制工艺优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的采用星点设计-效应面法优选巫山淫羊藿油炙炮制工艺。方法选取炮制温度、炮制时间、占锅体积作为主要考察因素,以朝藿定A、朝藿定B、淫羊藿苷、朝藿定C的含量作为考察指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优选巫山淫羊藿的炮制工艺。结果炮制温度115℃,炮制时间10 min,占锅体积25%(约12.5 g)时的工艺最佳。结论采用星点设计-效应面法优选所得的巫山淫羊藿油炙炮制工艺合理。 Objective To optimize the processing technique for Epimedii Wushanensis Folium by central composite design (CCD)-response surface methodology (RSM).Methods The processing temperature,processing time and in-pot Epimedii Wushanensis Folium volume were selected as the main factors for the study.The content of epimedin A,epimedin B,icariin and epimedin C were used as indicators,and CCD-RSM was adopted to optimize the processing technique for Epimedii Wushanensis Folium.Results The optimal processing condition was 115℃for 10 minutes,with the in-pat volume at 25% (weight at 12.5 g).Conclusion The optimal processing technique for Epimedii Wushanensis Folium is reasonable established by CCD-RSM.
