某铜矿充填分层离析现象分析与充填工艺优化 被引量:6

摘要 针对某铜矿空场嗣后充填采矿法其充填料浆进入采场之后发生分层离析的问题,对该铜矿现有工艺流程进行了分析,发现充填料浆在采场发生分层离析的原因主要是:卧式砂池浓密效果差、放砂浓度过低和连续充填时间过短所致,加上充填料浆进入采场后又被引路水和冲洗水稀释,离析现象进一步加剧。通过优化现有充填工艺流程,充填料浆制备浓度提高到74%,并保证充填系统连续运行18h以上,大大减少了充填料浆的分层离析现象,为国内矿山控制充填料浆分层离析现象提供了很好的借鉴范例。 Aiming at the problem of delamination and separation of filling slurry in open stope and subsequent filling mining method in a copper mine,the existing process flow of the copper mine was analyzed.It was found that the main reasons for the delamination and separation of filling slurry in stope were poor thickening effect of horizontal sand tank,low sand concentration and short continuous filling time.In addition,after the filling slurry entering the stope,it was diluted by the leading water and flushing water,which further aggravated the segregation phenomenon.By optimizing the existing filling process,the preparation concentration of filling slurry is increased to 74%,and the continuous operation of the filling system is ensured for more than 18 h,which greatly reduces the delamination and separation of filling slurry,and provides a good reference for domestic mines to control the delamination and separation of filling slurry.
