摘要
使用不同浓度的海藻酸钠溶液在碱性环境下对阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)污染膜进行清洗,测量清洗前后膜的纯水通量及孔径变化,探讨海藻酸钠对CPAM污染膜的清洗流程与清洗效果.结果表明,使用质量分数为0.05%~0.70%氢氧化钠与0.03%~0.09%海藻酸钠共混溶液对膜进行清洗,可以有效地恢复膜的纯水通量,但是直接清洗会导致膜孔径变大,膜表皮受损;而在过滤前将膜预先浸泡在质量分数为0.05%~0.10%可溶性阴离子聚合物海藻酸钠溶液中,可在膜表面形成海藻酸钠预保护层,在其过滤CPAM污水受到污染后,再采用碱性海藻酸钠溶液清洗2~3 h,就可在膜表面形成由海藻酸钠预保护层-CPAM污染层-海藻酸钠清洗层构成的可溶性的"三明治"型聚集体,在保护膜结构和过滤孔径基本不变的基础上实现清洗效果,且多次重复清洗的膜仍具有良好的过滤性能.
This paper used different concentrations of sodium alginate solution to clean the cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)polluted membrane in an alkaline environment,and measure the membrane pure water flux and pore size changes before and after cleaning.The study was aimed to investigate the cleaning process and effect of sodium alginate on cationic polyacrylamide fouling membrane.The results showed that the water flux of the membrane was effectively restored using mixing solution of 0.05%-0.70%sodium hydroxide and 0.03%-0.09%sodium alginate.The direct cleaning damaged the membrane surface layer and produced larger membrane pore size.The membrane was pre-soaked in 0.05%-0.10%soluble anionic polymer sodium alginate solution before filtration,in order to form a pre-protective layer on the membrane surface.After the membrane filtered the sewage and was contaminated with CPAM,it was washed with an alkaline sodium alginate solution for 2-3 hours.It enabled to form soluble"sandwich"type aggregates that was composed of sodium alginate pre-protection layer-CPAM pollution layer-sodium alginate cleaning layer on the membrane surface.The aggregate was washed away by water flow.This"sandwich"cleaning method may achieve the cleaning effect while protecting the membrane structure and maintaining the pore size basically unchanged.Moreover,the membrane still showed good filtration performance after cleaned repeatedly.
