摘要
针对机械旋转部件的不平衡问题,设计一种盘形转子的静平衡检测系统。通过此系统,可计算和显示机械旋转部件不平衡量的大小和位置。该测试系统通过平台刀口卸荷差动测量方式,保留系统X、Y两个方向的旋转自由度。扭矩传感器检测不平衡量在平台上产生的倾斜力矩,用信号采集电路传送到上位机中,经过软件处理得到计算结果。
A static balance testing system with disc rotor is designed to solve the problem about unbalance of turning mechanical components.With this system,the unbalance value and position of a turning mechanical component can be calculated and displayed.The system adopts knife unload differential measurement and remains its freedom in both X-axis and Y-axis.A unbalance generated tilting moment in the systemis detected with torque sensors and sent to an upper computer through signal acquisition circuits.The computer processes data and gives results.
