摘要
为了明确现阶段土壤中的挥发性有机物的种类,为土壤环境保护提供有力的数据支撑,采用顶空气相色谱方法对某区域的土壤样品进行处理,并运用气相色谱质谱联用技术对土壤中含有的37种有机物进行测定。使用该方法进行测定能够得到最低检出率的数值为0.38μg/kg^1.77μg/kg,加标回收率在70%~110%,RSD为3.1%~10%。
In order to identify the types of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in soil at present and provide strong data support for soil environmental protection,headspace gas chromatography was used to process soil samples in a certain area,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to determine 37 kinds of organic compounds in soil.The lowest detection rate was 0.38μg/kg^1.77μg/kg,the recovery was 70%~110%,RSD was 3.1%~10%.
