摘要
将“智慧”理念赋予建筑中,让建筑工程各个环节充满“智慧”,是当下建筑行业发展的方向和研究的热点。本文以智慧建筑为中心思想,通过对智慧建筑理念以及技术进行研究,从智慧建筑理念、新型建筑材料、智慧建造与监测、工业化技术等四个方面入手,系统总结国内外最新研究成果,最后对智慧建筑进行总结,并展望其未来的发展。
Giving the concept of“wisdom”to the building and making every aspect of construction engineering full of“wisdom”is the current development direction and research focus of the construction industry.This article takes smart building as the central idea.Through the research on the concept and technology of smart building,it starts from four aspects:smart building concept,new building materials,smart construction and monitoring,industrialization technology,and systematically summarizes the latest domestic and foreign research results,and finally summarize the smart building and look forward to the future development.
