摘要
由于盆式绝缘子采用外注防水胶工艺密封而导致GIS设备漏气的现象频繁发生,文中通过对故障盆式绝缘子进行现场拆解,对绝缘盆对接面和O型密封圈进行检查,利用红外ATR图谱分析法对密封圈上的白色物质成分进行检测,通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线能谱分析对防水胶进行化学成分分析。结果表明外注防水胶工艺容易造成防水胶注入不充分、不均匀的情况,水分、灰尘等杂质易浸入密封面并对其产生腐蚀作用,从而造成密封面光洁度、平整度下降,进而导致漏气故障。建议对于漏气较为严重的情况,进行及时停电更换密封圈并重新注胶,对于漏气量较小的情况,在设备运行状态下进行重新防水处理。
GIS leakage phenomena occur frequently due to the external injected waterproof glue technology used for basin-type insulator.By field disassembling of the fault basin-type insulator,the butt joint face of the insulation basin and the O-type sealing ring were detected.Using infrared ATR spectrum analysis method,the compositions of the white material on the sealing ring are inspected.The chemical components of the waterproof glue were observed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the external injection technology is easy to cause insufficient and uneven injection of the waterproof glue.As a result,the water,dust and other impurities are easy to penetrate into the sealing surface and corrode it,thus to decline the surface smoothness and flatness,and lead to the leakage accident.It is suggested that in the case of serious leakage,the sealing ring should be replaced and the glue should be re-injected during interruption maintenance.In the case of slight leakage,the rewaterproofing should be carried out in live line condition.
