摘要
目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规检验结果的影响。方法 68例需接受尿常规检验的患者,按其尿液标本采集方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组为常规尿液采集,观察组在责任护士指导下采集。比较两组尿液标本中蛋白质检出率、白细胞检出率、上皮细胞检出率。结果观察组蛋白质检出率0、白细胞检出率0、上皮细胞检出率2.94%均低于对照组的11.76%、20.59%、17.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分泌物会影响尿常规检验结果 ,提升检测假阳性率,为此在实施尿常规检验前需指导患者采集尿液标本,并注重检验时效性和操作规范性,进而确保检验准确性,为临床诊治疾病提供有效依据。
Objective To analyze the influence of vaginal secretions on clinical urine routine test results. Methods A total of 68 patients requiring urine routine test were divided into control group and observation group according to different urine specimen collection methods, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was collected by routine urine collection method, and the observation group was collected under the guidance of the responsible nurse. The detection rate of protein, leukocyte and epithelial cells in urine samples of the two groups were compared. Results The detection rate of protein, leukocyte and epithelial cells of the observation group were 0, 0 and 2.94%, which were all lower than 11.76%, 20.59% and 17.65% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Vaginal secretions will affect the results of routine urine tests and increase the false positive rate. Therefore, it is necessary to guide patients to collect urine samples before routine urine test, and pay attention to the timeliness and standardization of operation, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test and provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
