NSCLC患者血清ALB、TPX2、S100β蛋白表达水平与严重程度及预后关系 被引量:7

Relationships between serum ALB, TPX2 and S100β protein expression levels and severity, prognosis in patients with NSCLC

摘要 目的检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清白蛋白(ALB)、Xklp2靶蛋白(TPX2)、S100β蛋白表达水平,并分析其水平与疾病严重程度及预后关系。方法选取2015年2月-2016年8月宜昌市第二人民医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者47例为NSCLC组,同时选取同期体检健康者50人为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组研究对象血清ALB、TPX2、S100β蛋白表达水平,分析其与NSCLC临床病理特征的关系;分析影响NSCLC预后的因素。结果 NSCLC组患者血清ALB水平低于对照组,TPX2、S100β蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NSCLC组患者血清ALB、TPX2、S100β蛋白水平与TNM分期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度密切相关(P<0.05)。死亡组NSCLC患者血清ALB水平明显低于存活组,TPX2、S100β蛋白水平明显高于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素及多因素分析均显示,分化程度、ALB低水平、TPX2高水平及S100β高水平均是影响NSCLC患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者血清中ALB呈低表达,TPX2及S100β蛋白呈高表达,与TNM分期、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度密切相关,能反映疾病的严重程度,对NSCLC患者预后评估有一定的价值。 Objective To detect the levels of serum albumin(ALB),target protein Xklp2(TPX2) and S100β protein in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and analyze their relationships with the severity and prognosis of NSCLC.Methods 47 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected as NSCLC group,and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as control group.The levels of serum ALB,TPX2-and S100β protein levels were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);their relationships with the clinicopathological features of NSCLC were analyzed;and the prognostic factors of NSCLC were analyzed. Results The serum ALB level in NSCLC group was lower than that in control group,and the levels of TPX2 and S100β protein were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The levels of serum ALB,TPX2 and S100β protein in NSCLC patients were closely related to TNM stage,tumor size and tumor differentiation(P<0.05).The serum ALB level of NSCLC patients in the death group was significantly lower than that in the survival group,and the levels of TPX2 and S100β protein were significantly higher than those in the survival group(P<0.05).Univariate analysis showed that differentiation degree,low level of ALB,high level of TPX2 and high level of S100β were risk factors affecting the prognosis of NSCLC patients;multivariate analysis showed that differentiation,low level of ALB,high level of TPX2 and high level of S100β were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of NSCLC patients(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum ALB level was low in NSCLC patients,while TPX2 protein and S100β protein levels were high,which were closely related to TNM staging,tumor size,and tumor differentiation.They could reflect the severity of the disease and had a certain value in prognostic evaluation of NSCLC patients.
