不同分子量腐植酸组分对小麦幼苗和油菜生长的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Humic Acid Components with Different Molecular Weights on the Growth of Wheat Seedlings and Rape

摘要 为了了解不同分子量腐植酸组分的功能特性及其对作物生长发育的影响,选用褐煤粉,经氧化浸提离心后获得腐植酸,用不同极径的超滤膜通过流动分析将腐植酸进行分离,获得分子量<1000 Da、1000~5000 Da、5000~10000 Da、10000~30000 Da、30000~50000 Da、>50000 Da的6个腐植酸组分,通过小麦幼苗试验和油菜盆栽试验,对不同分子量腐植酸组分进行效果验证。结果表明:分子量在30000 Da以下的腐植酸组分对小麦幼苗的促生效果更显著,分子量在10000 Da以下的腐植酸组分对盆栽油菜具有明显的增产作用。 In order to know the functional characteristics of humic acid components with different molecular weights and its effect on the growth and development of crops,humic acid was obtained from lignite after oxidation extraction and centrifugation.Six kinds of humic acid components,with molecular weight of<1000 Da,1000 Da to 5000 Da,5000 Da to 10000 Da,10000 Da to 30000 Da,30000 Da to 50000 Da and>50000 Da,were separated by flow analyze with different pole size of ultrafiltration membrane.The effects of humic acid components with different molecular weights were tested by wheat seedlings and rape potted plant experiments.The results showed that the humic acid components below 30000 Da had more significant effect on promoting the growth of wheat seedlings,while obvious effect on increasing yield of potted rape with the humic acid components below 10000 Da.
