摘要
对柑橘、柠檬、柚、金橘四种芸香科果树的叶解剖结构、光合色素含量和叶绿素荧光参数进行分析,结果表明:四种果树叶角质层、上下表皮、海绵组织、栅栏组织、气孔密度都存在显著差异,气孔密度:柑橘≈柠檬>金橘>柚;栅栏组织厚度:柑橘>金橘>柠檬>柚;海绵组织厚度:柚>柑橘>金橘>柠檬。叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量四者之间差异显著,柠檬叶绿素含量最高,金橘类胡萝卜素含量最高。叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、Y(Ⅱ)、qP、qN、ETR在四种果树中均存在显著差异,金橘的Y(Ⅱ)、ETR、qP最高。
The leaf anatomical structure,chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic pigments content of Citrus,limon,Pomelo and kumquat were analyzed.The results showed that there were significant differences in the cuticle,upper and lower epidermis,spongy tissue,palisade tissue and stomatal density of four fruit leaves.Stomatal density:lemon≈citrus>kumquat>pomelo;palisade tissue thickness:citrus>kumquat>lemon>pomelo;sponge tissue thickness:pomelo>citrus>kumquat>lemon;lower epidermis thickness:pomelo>lemon>citrus≈kumquat.There were also significant differences between chlorophyll content and carotenoid content,and chlorophyll content of lemon were larger than the other three.The content of carotenoids in kumquats was the highest.The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm,Y(Ⅱ),qP,qN and ETR were significantly different among the four fruit trees in which Kumquats have the highest Y(Ⅱ),ETR and qP.
