摘要
在女子竞技体育中,竞技环境与技术手段都在不断发展,女竞技运动员的营养健康愈加受到诸多学者的关注与重视,良好的健康状态不仅可以为女竞技运动员提供日常训练中所需要的体能,还能让运动员拥有积极健康的心态,这有助于她们在竞技赛场上取得佳绩,为国争光。为补充营养并且改善健康状态,合理的膳食及相关方面的知识储备必不可少。同时,因为男女有别,所以在营养膳食方面也会有一定的区别,以便让运动员达到更好、更稳定的运动状态。因此,该文主要通过对女竞技运动员的营养健康膳食加以研究和分析,为其合理膳食提供想法与建议。
In women's competitive sports,the competitive environment and technical means are constantly evolving,and the nutrition and health of female athletes has been paid more and more attention by many scholars.A good health condition can not only maintain the physical fitness required by female athletes in daily training,but also help them to achieve good results in the competition and win glory for the country.In order to supplement nutrition and improve health,a reasonable diet is necessary.Therefore,The paper studies and analyzes the nutrition and health diet of female athletes,and provides ideas and suggestions for their reasonable diet.
