丙戊酸

摘要 1概述丙戊酸是公认的窄治疗指数药物(NTIDs),并为我国、美国和日本等国家的NTIDs目录所收载[1-2]。丙戊酸为广谱抗癫痫药物,1978年获美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)批准上市。丙戊酸能使γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的合成增加和降解减少,通过升高抑制性神经递质GABA的浓度而降低神经元的兴奋性,从而抑制癫痫发作,故其主要用于癫痫治疗。
