摘要
为解决松软煤层瓦斯钻孔成孔后易缩径、塌孔等问题,提出松软煤层钻孔支护新方法,研发出满足煤矿使用要求的,耐腐蚀性较好、阻燃、防静电的柔性气囊支架。通过现场工业性试验发现:相较于传统无支护钻孔,设置出的柔性气囊支架的钻孔瓦斯抽采混量提升了15.32%,抽采浓度提升了37.96%,有效提高了松软煤层钻孔的抽采效果。
In order to solve the problems of easy shrinkage and hole collapse after gas drilling in soft coal seam,the flexible air bag support was researched and designed,and a new method of drilling supporting in soft coal seam was proposed.The flexible air bag support,with good corrosion resistance,flame retardant and anti-static,was developed to meet the requirements of coal mine.Through the field industrial test,it was found that compared with the traditional non supporting borehole,the gas drainage mixture and concentration of the borehole with flexible air bag support increased by 15.32%and 37.96%respectively.The effect of drilling in soft coal seam was improved.
