摘要
外翻膝畸形是一种较少见的畸形,解剖上常表现为膝关节骨组织及软组织的退行性变。全膝关节置换术用于终末期外翻膝畸形的手术治疗,包括手术入路的选择、假体的选择、截骨量的多少、软组织平衡以及髋膝关节机械轴的对准,以改善患者的生活质量,恢复膝关节功能。对于轻度膝外翻畸形的患者,全膝关节置换术的手术策略与普通患者差别不大。本研究旨在对重度外翻膝的手术治疗进行综述,以期为关节外科医师提供临床思路。
Valgus knee deformity is a rare deformity,which usually presents as degeneration of the bone and soft tissue of the knee.Total knee arthroplasty is used for the surgical treatment of end-stage valgus knee deformity,including the selection of surgical approach,choice of prosthesis,amount of osteotomy,soft tissue balance,and alignment of the mechanical shaft of the hip and knee,in order to improve the quality of life of patients and restore knee function.In patients with mild valgus knee deformity,the surgical strategy for total knee arthroplasty is not different from that of the general patients.The purpose of this article is to summarize the surgical treatment of severe valgus knee deformity and provide clinical ideas for joint surgeons.
