摘要
为研究纤维复合材料对管道焊缝的补强效果,采用矫顽力测量技术对某作业区环焊缝补强前后分别进行应力检测,分析了环焊缝在纤维复合材料补强前后的应力分布和最大应力值,研究了纤维复合材料对管道含缺陷环焊缝处的补强效果。研究结果表明,经过纤维复合材料补强修复,各处环焊缝的应力明显减小,且均在许用应力值以下,环焊缝最大应力水平变化量在-410^-170 MPa之间,纤维复合材料补强技术可有效降低环焊缝应力水平,可降至许用应力值以下,补强效果显著。
In order to study the reinforcement effect of fiber composite materials on pipeline weld, the coercive force measurement technology was used to test the stress of the circumferential weld in a certain operating area before and after reinforcement. With the maximum stress value, the effect of the fiber composite material on the reinforcement of the pipeline with defective ring weld was studied. The research results showed that after the fiber composite material was reinforced and repaired, the stresses of the girth welds were significantly reduced and were below the allowable stress value. The composite reinforcement technology could effectively reduce the stress level of the girth weld, and could be reduced to the allowable stress value, and the reinforcement effect was significant.
