摘要
目的:探讨针对性康复治疗方案在不同严重度老年COPD患者中的应用效果。方法:将180例老年COPD患者分为COPDⅠ~Ⅲ级,均随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组给予常规治疗,干预组给予针对性康复治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:6个月内COPDⅢ级患者干预组急性发作次数少于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者各干预组FEV_1%pred较治疗前升高(P<0.05),BODE指数评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且均优于各对照组(P<0.05);Ⅲ级患者干预组治疗后FEV_1%pred较治疗前升高(P<0.05)。结论:对不同病情程度老年COPD患者实施针对性康复治疗可减少急性发作次数,改善肺功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted rehabilitation treatment in elderly COPD patients with different severity.Methods:180 elderly patients with COPD were divided into COPDⅠ~Ⅲgrades,and all patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the intervention group was given targeted rehabilitation treatment to compare treatment effects.Results:The number of acute episodes in the intervention group of COPDⅢpatients was less than that in the control group within 6 months(P<0.05).The FEV1%pred in each intervention group of gradeⅠandⅡpatients was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the BODE index score was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and they were all better than those of control group(P<0.05).FEV1%pred was higher in the intervention group of levelⅢpatients than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted rehabilitation treatment for elderly COPD patients with different degrees of illness can reduce the number of acute attacks and improve lung function.
