摘要
将第5茬现蕾期收割的紫花苜蓿、水稻秸秆和DDGS按质量比80%∶5%∶15%进行混合青贮,添加不同量的甲酸添加剂进行单因素青贮试验,甲酸添加浓度分别为2、4、6、8和10 ml·kg^-1,无添加作为对照(CK)。结果表明,甲酸添加剂能够显著降低青贮的pH和乳酸值(P<0.05),提高粗蛋白含量,降低酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量,使青贮饲料有氧稳定性得到提高。甲酸添加剂浓度为6 ml·kg^-1时,混合青贮效果最佳。
In this study,a fifth cut alfalfa harvested at the squaring stage,rice straw and DDGS were used as raw material for making mixed silage as mass ratio 80%,5%and 15%.The concentrations of formic acid additives were 2,4,6,8 and 10 mL·kg^-1,respectively,with no addition as the control(CK).The results show that formic acid addition significantly reduced pH and lactic acid bacteria(P<0.05),improved crude protein content,reduced acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber content of the silage.The addition of formic acid improved aerobic stability relative to the control.Mixed silage works best when the concentration of formic acid is 6 mL·kg^-1.
