Objective To explore the effect and side effect of different dosage of statins after short-term treatment. Methods 74 patients with hypercholesterolemia selected the period from April 2018 to November 2019.According to the dosage of atorvastatin, they were divided into 10 mg group and 20 mg group,37 cases in each group. The dose of 10 mg group was 10 mg/time,once a day;the dose of 20 mg group was 20 mg/time,once a day.Treatment for 1 week. Results There was no difference in the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C before treatment(P>0.05);after one week of treatment, all the patients’TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the 20 mg group were lower than those in the 10 mg group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HDL-C levels in both groups were significantly increased, and 20 mg group was higher than 10 mg group,(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse effects of defecation between different dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different doses of atorvastatin can achieve a good short-term lipid-lowering effect, the 20 mg/d dosage period treatment is more significant, but the adverse reactions of the two doses are less,20 mg/d atorvastatin can be used as the first choice of clinical lipid-lowering treatment.
