摘要
目的:分析围手术期心理护理对甲状腺癌患者生存质量及不良情绪的影响。方法:采用随机数表法选择2017年7月-2019年10月本院收治的120例甲状腺癌患者分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。观察组选择围术期心理护理干预,对照组采用常规围术期护理干预。观察两组干预1周后的生存质量及不良情绪的变化。结果:两组干预前不良情绪和生存质量水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1周后,观察组生存质量评分(角色功能、整体功能、躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能)明显高于对照组,且不良情绪(抑郁、焦虑)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用围手术期心理护理干预甲状腺癌患者,可以降低患者抑郁和焦虑的不良情绪,有效提高患者生存质量,是临床护理中较好的干预措施。
Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological nursing during perioperative period on quality of life and bad mood of patients with thyroid cancer.Method:A total of 120 thyroid cancer patients who admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2019 were divided into the control group (n=60) and the observation group (n=60).Psychological nursing intervention was used in the observation group and routine perioperative nursing intervention was used in the control group.The changes of quality of life and bad mood were observed 2 months after intervention.Result:There were no significant differences in quality of life and bad mood between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).Two months after intervention,the quality of life score (role function,overall function,somatic function,cognitive function,emotional function) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the level of bad mood (depression,anxiety) was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention in patients with thyroid cancer during perioperative period can reduce the bad mood of depression and anxiety,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,is a better intervention in clinical nursing.
